To provide a translation service from English to Welsh and occasionally from Welsh to English for the Digital Change Delivery Network (DCDN) within the Business Change team at Digital Health and Care Wales 
The post holder will help to deliver a comprehensive Welsh language service in line with DHCW’s Welsh language policies, procedures and Welsh Language Scheme.  
To support and promote a positive Welsh language culture across DHCW. 
 
Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide a translation service from English to Welsh and from Welsh to English to enable DHCW to implement the principle that it will treat Welsh and English on an equal basis, in accordance with Welsh Language legislation and the Welsh Language Scheme. 

The post holder will assist in the delivery of a comprehensive Welsh language translation service to enable DCDN to comply with DHCW’s Welsh Language Scheme, Welsh language policies and procedures and deputise for the Welsh Language Translation Manager in their absence on all aspects of service delivery as and when required. 

The ability to speak Welsh is essential for this post.
