Title: Senior Administrator
Hours of work: 37 hours/week
Salary Range: SCP 4 PT 7 £24,294
Pension: 17% of annual salary to Medrwn Môn’s approved pension scheme
Place of Work: Office based, Medrwn Môn, Town Hall, Bulkeley Square, Llangefni, LL77 7LR
Responsible to: Chief Officer
Overarching Responsibility
• To work with the Management Team to co-ordinate internal administrative processes
• To provide administrative support to ensure effective internal and external communication
• To be the main point of contact for administrative enquiries within Medrwn Môn
Main Responsibilities
• Administrative support to Senior Leadership Team and Board of Trustees
• Maintaining efficient, accurate and confidential records
• Minute-taking for Board and Staff meetings
• Arranging the Annual General Meeting)
• Administration of HR functions
• Administrative support for internal Finance and Banking functions
• Maintaining register of policies and procedures for regular review
• Collation and co-ordination of information for Welsh translation and design of Newsletters, Annual Reports and other publicity material
• Contributing to the inputting of data on to the CRM database and other Monitoring and Evaluation processes
• Maintaining supplies of stationery and office sundries
• General office duties including report writing, database management, diary management, electronic filing and mailing. answering the telephone and responding to email enquiries from multiple inboxes
• Complying with Medrwn Môn’s policies and procedures
The post holder may be required to undertake any other duties that fall within the nature of the role and responsibilities of the post as detailed above.
Person Specification

An effective communicator who can make decisions and recommendations regarding the administrativefunctions of Medrwn Môn. An excellent standard of written and verbal communication is essential alongside the ability to maintain an enthusiastic, ‘can-do’ attitude.
