Applications are invited from candidates for this unique and exciting opportunity to be the Deputy Headteacher at Ysgol Gymraeg Nant Gwenlli. In partnership with parents and the community, Ysgol Gymraeg Nant Gwenlli is strongly committed to the Welsh language and the culture of Wales, and its aim is to provide an inspiring Welsh-medium learning environment and create a safe and happy community within the school.

The school is currently in Caerleon but will move to the centre of Newport in the Pillgwenlly area in April 2025.

The school’s motto is: Law yn Llaw fe Hwyliwn Dros y Tonnau. Our families will settle in a safe place, somewhere to drop anchor and grow within the Pillgwenlly community, ready to sail into the future.
